When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company, email or phone number, inquiry type, message, and technical information needed to prevent abuse and troubleshoot submissions. Do not include passwords, government identifiers, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your message.

We use the information to acknowledge and answer your inquiry, understand your needs, arrange necessary business follow-up, secure the form, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell inquiry information.
3. Inquiry platform and data transmission
Inquiries are received through the GT Lead Center and forwarded to the site operator. Information submitted through the form is processed by this unified inquiry platform. If you prefer not to use the form, email sinobtd@gmail.com.
4. Retention and disclosure
We retain information only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, conduct necessary follow-up, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. We disclose it only to providers needed for form transmission, email and infrastructure, or when legally required.
5. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of submitted information and may opt out of further contact. Use the contact page or the email above. We may verify your relationship to the original submission before acting.
6. Changes and contact
